| Bethann and Don, your hosts, are the founders of La’a Loa Wellness Center. We have been living joyously in Kailua Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii since 1996. We met each other here and were married in September of 2000. This “rock” is a very magical and special place. It is our home. We look forward to sharing it with you. |

| Bethann is a Colon Hydrotherapist, certified by the International Association for Colon Therapy (I-ACT). She is a Registered Nurse with a diploma in Applied Science from Phillips Beth Israel School of Nursing where she graduated with top honors. Bethann is also a student and practitioner of Jin Shin Jyutsu® - Physio-Philosophy.
The benefits Bethann has gained through exploring her own health challenges have led to her passion for supporting and encouraging health and wellness in others. Bethann has knowledge of, and over 10 years personal experience with, various fasting methods, internal cleansing and detoxification programs, as well as nutritional information and experience with live foods. When Bethann is not at the Center you will find her in the ocean. She loves to swim, snorkel, paddle, and scuba dive. The ocean is where she rejuvenates and centers her spiritual being. She also enjoys gardening, golfing, hiking and exploring this “rock”. Don is a Personal Trainer,Fitness Coach and Group Fitness Instructor, and is certified by the American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.). He is also a certified golf conditioning specialist and is certified to teach Pilates, BodyPump®, and Spinning®. He loves to share his passion for fitness and athletic ability with our La’a Loa Wellness Center guests through personal training sessions and guided cycling excursions. Don chooses to spend his spare time golfing, cycling and enjoying his family. Don is the proud father of two sons. We have found peace, joy and health and want to share it with you. For us, it is a matter of choosing to think thoughts that feel good and surrounding ourselves with what we love.
